Our Location
Training and Assessment is carried out at our RTO located at 33 Rothschild Place, Midvale, WA. Our purpose-built facility provides the perfect environment for developing your heavy vehicle driving skills.
DOT Approved Assessors
All assessments are conducted by our DOT Approved assessors onsite. No need for separate DOT appointments - we handle everything in one convenient location.

Drive Heavy Rigid
Develop skills and knowledge to drive a Heavy Rigid vehicle safely in compliance with state regulations.
- TLIC3005
Drive Heavy Combination Vehicle
Learn to drive motor vehicles attached to semi-
trailers or trailers exceeding 9 tonnes GVM.
- TLIC4006
Drive Multi Combination Vehicle
Master the skills to drive motor vehicles towing
two or more heavy trailers.

Our Training Approach
Professional Training Process
Training involves developing the skills and knowledge to drive a Heavy Vehicle safely. Driving is carried out in accordance with relevant state/territory road and traffic authority licence requirements and regulations. We provide you with all student resources to help you successfully complete the unit. Upon successful completion, we will issue a Nationally Recognised Statement of Attainment.
Important: Students must complete the unit of competency and be issued with a Statement of Attainment before they can sit the DOT Practical Driving Assessment (PDA).

Our trainers are fully qualified, approved and understand that we all learn in different ways and at different time frames.
They are patient and understanding to the different needs of
students, making you feel at ease while you learn all aspects of heavy vehicle driving.
Flexible Training
We recognise that different people have different skill levels and we tailor training to suit you!
Only once both you and your instructor are confident that you are ready to sit an assessment, then we will make all the arrangements for you to do this, in-house.
Vehicle Classes We Offer
Heavy Rigid (HR)
TLIC3004 - Drive Heavy Rigid Vehicle
Pre-Requisites - Must have held:
- Car (C class) licence for at least 2 years, OR
- Light rigid (LR) vehicle licence for at least 1 year, OR
- Medium Rigid (MR) vehicle licence for at least 1 year
Three HR Licence type:
HR Automatic
Drive Automatic HR only
HR Manual
Drive sychromesh or automatic (single clutch)
HR Road Ranger
Drive any type of HR vehicle (double clutch)
Heavy Combination (HC)
TLIC3005 - Drive Heavy Combination Vehicle
Pre-Requisites - Must have held:
- Car (C class) licence for at least 3 years, AND
- Medium Rigid (MR) or Heavy Rigid (HR) licence for at least 1 year
HC Licence type:
HC Automatic
Drive Automatic HC only
HC Licence allows you to drive: A motor vehicle that is attached to a semi-trailer, or a trailer that has a gross vehicle mass exceeding 9 tonnes.
Multi Combination (MC)
TLIC4006 - Drive Multi Combination Vehicle
Pre-Requisites - Must have held:
- Car (C class) licence for at least 2 years, AND
- Heavy Rigid or Heavy Combination licence for at least 1 year
MC Licence type:
MC Automatic
Drive Automatic MC only
MC Licence allows you to drive: A motor vehicle towing two or more heavy trailers.
